My career before arriving to UX
Acting
Acting was my gateway to writing stories and understanding human behavior. I have always been fascinated by the power of stories, their ability to evoke emotions or inspire people to act. I think storytelling is a huge advantage in creating a positive and comfortable journey with my designs. Additionally, theater is collaborative by nature and this has honed my skills of adaptability, teamwork and creativity, further preparing me to design user-centered solutions.
Public Speaking
As a public speaking teacher, I also have a solid foundation in team management, communication, expressive control, and stage presence, which leads me to conduct meetings and presentations with ease and confidence.
Customer support
Thanks to customer service, I know that a little patience and a friendly attitude can improve the experience and reassure users that their needs have been heard and help is on the way.
My name's Ainhoa, with an 'h'. An 'h' that is silent, but paradoxically begins words like "hablar" (speak), "honestidad" (honesty), "humildad" (humility), "humano" (human)... and many more things that matter to me. Perhaps because of this paradox, I've always had a weakness for the most silent and silenced ones. I participate in social causes, actively care for the environment, and empower people to speak in public without fear.
I'm also passionate about nature, art, culture, and connecting with others. I enjoy crafting costumes, performing stories, playing my ukulele, skating, and strolling outdoors.
